My purpose is peace, my mission is to share yoga, breathwork and meditation. I do this because I have seen the transformative power of these practices on myself and the thousands of students I have taught.

I am a yoga, breathwork and sound meditation guide with 11+ years of experience. My journey through yoga, sound and breathwork has been a deeply transformative, offering a profound connection to mind and body. I founded Deep Space Yoga in Costa Mesa to inspire transformation and community through these practices.

My approach emphasizes the profound connection between mind and body, utilizing these modalities to cultivate, mental clarity, inner peace and focus. I lead retreats, workshops, and online courses/communities including the Deep Space Experience, a nature based retreat blending yoga, breathwork and sound meditation

Since embracing yoga in 2013 I have evolved into an authentic instructor with my own style that is focused on the breath and mindful movement. I teach vinyasa, gentle, and restorative yoga. My teaching experience spans diverse settings, including yoga studios, workshops, events, corporate environments, festivals and retreat centers. Annually, I orchestrate a yoga, sound, and breathwork retreat at the renowned Menla Retreat Center in New York which is part of Tibet House US.

As a Sound Practitioner, I am skilled in utilizing a variety of instruments to create a healing and relaxing environment. The main instruments I play are the didgeridoo, gong, handpan, and crystal bowls. The integration of sound into all my practices enhances the experience and offers a profound connection to the inner world. My years of playing these instruments has continuously deepened my appreciation for their meditative and healing power.

Breathwork has been a cornerstone of my practice since I started doing yoga in 2013. I see the breath as the key element to these disciplines. As a didgeridoo player, I know how sensitive our connection to the breath is so, I have devoted myself to breath mastery. I know firsthand the transformative power of the breath and how critical it is to living a life full of clarity and vitality.

Meditation is the tip of the spear or at the top of the pyramid. Yoga, breathwork and sound help sharpen our mediation practice so that we can go inward with less resistance and more openness. I have worked personally with an authorized Buddhist meditation teacher, Cayce Howe. I have also spent time at Karme Choling, Menla Retreat Center and The Land of Medicine Buddha.
