Every Saturday Billy will be hosting a Rejuvenating Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. This class is for all levels and will focus on the fundamentals of Yoga. Practicing at the inspiring Splitrock Farm and Retreat will give you a chance to relax in nature and connect to stillness and peace.
