Sound is the love of my life, it brings me so much peace and joy, and I love to share it with others. My approach to sound healing starts with intention and centering myself. The main instruments I use are the gongs, didgeridoo, and crystal instruments but I also play the handpan, jaw harp, and drum to name a few more. A sound bath with these instruments can be profound and often times people have experiences of inner peace and clarity.
