The power of this practice comes when we combine breathwork and sound, the two modalities work very well together and will give you a transformative experience in one session.

Many people have profound experiences of deep connection and release. I think of it as an energetic reset bringing us back to our natural mental and physical state.

I use several healing instruments and music to move energy during the breathwork. I will encourage you with intuitive spoken guidance to create a fully immersive breathwork experience! The breath is followed by a grounding sound bath using, the gongs, and didgeridoo.

The breath creates vibration and expansion in the body, which is well complemented by the healing tones you’ll experience in the sound bath. Many students have shared that they have transformative, and meditative experiences during this practice.
